Easy Return Process

Regarding Errors and Defects

- Should your return be due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the full cost of the merchandise along with shipping charges.

- Refund Process: After we receive your returned items, you will be refunded within 3-5 business days. The refund amount will be directly credited to the original method of payment.

Return & Refund Essentials

- Initiate Within 30 Days: Returns must be initiated for most new and unused items within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

- Condition Matters: Items must be returned in their new or unused state, complete with all original materials provided in the shipment.

- 45-Day Item Receipt Window: Your returned items need to arrive at our processing center no later than 45 days from the date of delivery. A partial refund may be issued for items not returned in their original and unused condition, with the refund amount at our discretion based on the item's condition.

- Should the return be prompted by personal reasons on the part of the customer, rather than issues related to product quality, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

- Abrihome's return policies are applicable exclusively to items purchased directly from Abrihome.

- Complete returns are required, including all components, to qualify for a full refund.

- Federal regulations prevent the return of items utilizing flammable liquids or gases through postal services.

- Customized items, such as mixed paint or custom-sized blinds, cannot be returned.
